Thanks for your interest in our products! I am a HAM too, N6GSJ. Cool item the Icom unit, I have a Yaesu 991A and love it. Talk to New Zealand and Australia on FT8 20/40M from time to time, good propagation usually.
Does the Icom unit accept an external 49.152MHz input? I read in the specs it looks to an external 10MHz input, so I guess you and your team would open the unit and replace the internal oscillator?
The international pricing for the LTE Lite 24.576MHz is PN: 100422 for $182 each. Quantity breaks are available for >100 units, Giovanni can quote you.
Unfortunately the unit talks NMEA at 38,400 baud, and changing this is quite time consuming, as the software team is very busy right now. We could consider it for orders of 100 units or more. Maybe if someone can hack a PIC or Arduino etc to translate 38.4KB to 9.6KB that would be the fastest way to accomplish this?
Hope that helps,
