Deleting your QRZCQ listing

Post by VK4GHZ » Fri Jan 04, 2019 3:47 pm

QRZCQ is probably one of the most pointless ham websites to have ever popped up.

I recently requested my incomplete (because data was skimmed from elsewhere) account to be deleted.
I have observed many QRZCQ listings that contain obsolete or inaccurate information - so what's the point?

Go here: and then click on the "click here" link which brings you to this page:

Select "Data deletion" as the Help topic, and enter your details.
The deletion was completed in four days over the new year.

One less stupid thing (that I never initially asked for in the first place) that points to your callsign that would require updating.

Check your own listing, and any previous calls you have held.
Are you part of the "inaccurate data" problem?
